If your child is in Pre-Primary – Year 6 and you reside in our local intake area we welcome you to commence the enrolment process for your child to attend our school.
The process begins with submitting an application for enrolment form along with the following documents. You can download the application form or collect from our friendly office team. The additional documents required include:
- Birth Certificate;
- Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement that is not more than two (2) months old;
- Proof of address (a Rates Notice OR Tenancy Agreement, or recent utility bill - Phone, gas, water or electricity);
- Copies of Family Court or any other Court Orders (if applicable);
- Information relating to a health or medical condition, disability or additional needs (if applicable); AND
- If your child is not a permanent resident of Australia, evidence of current visa subclass and passport.
Once approval of your application is granted, we will provide enrolment forms for completion. On completion, the process will be finalised. We will we look forward to welcoming your family in to our school community.
